Spicy Dry Masala Kachori Recipe: Dry masala kachori prepared from dry fruits, sev, spices stuffing lasts for a long time. Crispy kachoris are a great snack to take on any picnic, travel.

Necessary ingredients need to make Spicy Dry Masala Kachori Recipe

  • Refined flour – 1 cup
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 4 teaspoons or as per taste

For stuffing

  • Save – 100 grams
  • Cashews – 2 tbsp
  • Almonds – 2 tbsp
  • Raisins – 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chutney – 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Mole – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Large cardamom – 2
  • Fennel – 1 small spoon (coarsely ground)
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Mango powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Garam Masala – 4 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder less than 4 teaspoons
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Oil – for frying kachoris

Method of making Spicy Dry Masala Kachori Recipe

  1. Take out all-purpose flour in a vessel, add salt and oil and mix it well. 
  2. Add soft water and knead soft dough. Don’t make the dough much of a problem, keep the dough covered for 15-20 minutes, the dough will be set.

Make stuffing

  1. Coarsely grind the sev, coarsely grind the almonds and cashews as well.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and fry it. 
  3. When the cumin seeds are roasted, add poppy seeds and sesame seeds and fry them lightly. 
  4. Now add coriander powder, fennel powder, cardamom, turmeric powder, ground cashew nuts, almonds, sev, garam masala, salt, mango powder, and red chili, mix all the ingredients till they get better, and keep stirring continuously for 2 minutes on low flame Fry it.
  5. Now add raisins and chutney to the spices, mix well and fry for 1 minute while stirring. 
  6. After frying the masala is ready, turn off the gas. 
  7. Take out the stuffing in a bowl so that it cools quickly.
  8. Mash the dough a little and fix it, now prepare small dough pieces from the dough, pick one dough and make it slightly bigger by hand and give it a bowl shape, put 1 teaspoon of stuffing over it and keep the dough Close it by lifting it from all sides and while pressing it with the palm, the big kachori is ready to be filled, thus prepare all the kachoris.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and put it in medium hot oil, put as many kachoris in a pan as possible. 
  10. Flip the kachoris when it swims and floats, flip the kachoris and fry them till they turn golden brown. 
  11. Take out the fried kachori and keep it on a plate. 
  12. Fry all the kachoris in this way.
  13. The hot dry masala crispy kachori is ready, you can serve it with tomato sauce or your favorite chutney. 
  14. After the kachoris cool down completely, store them in a container, and keep eating for 1 month.

  • Apply the dough very soft for the Kachoris.
