Salted and Roasted almonds: The roasted salty almonds in the pan are absolutely crispy and tasty. Special recipe for those who avoid fried food

Necessary ingredients need to make Salted and Roasted almonds

  • Almonds – 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Salt – 2 cups (to roast almonds)

Method of making Salted and Roasted almonds

  1. Take ½ tsp salt in a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of water to it and dissolve the salt. 
  2. Pour this water over the almonds and mix well.
  3. Take a heavy bottom pan. Add used salt to it and heat it for 5 whole minutes. 
  4. Keep stirring it for a minute so that the salt gets heated to the top. 
  5. Continue stirring the almonds mixed with salt water for one minute so that the water that has sat down is also mixed well with the almonds.
  6. After 5 minutes, add the almonds to the hot salt and fry them on a medium flame while stirring continuously. 
  7. The almonds are ready to roast after the almonds grow and smell good. 
  8. Drain and keep them on a separate plate and let them cool down so that they become crispy. 
  9. It has taken 3 minutes to roast these almonds.
  10. Very crispy and tasty almonds are ready. 
  11. After it cools completely, keeps it in an airtight container and eat it when you feel like it.

Suggestions for making Salted and Roasted almonds

  • You can use this salt again and if you want, you can use the salt already used.
  • To fry, the almonds take a heavy bottom pan.
  • Heat the salt completely. After the salt is heated, roast the almonds on a medium or medium-low flame and roast them for 3 minutes, watching from the watch, and filter immediately. They can burn when roasted too much.
  • If there is too much salt on the almonds, then to remove it, you can either brush the almonds or wipe with a cloth.
