Healthy Raw Banana Dry Vegetable | Raw banana fry recipe

  • Raw Banana – 3 (500 grams)
  • Oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Criander – 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 4 teaspoons
  • Rye – 4 tsp
  • Curry Leaves – 10 – 12
  • Asafoetida – ½ pinch
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Mango powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Ginger – ½ tsp
  • Green chili – 2 – finely chopped
  • Salt – little more than 1 tsp or as per taste

Method of making Raw banana fry

  1. Peel the raw banana and cut it into two halves and cut it into small pieces. 
  2. Now put these sliced ​​pieces in water so that they do not become black and keep the water-filled pot on the gas. 
  3. Now add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp turmeric powder, mix it well. 
  4. Cover the pot and let the banana pieces cook until they become soft.
  5. In 10 minutes the banana pieces are ready to soften, turn off the gas and filter the bananas and separate the water from them.
  6. To make the vegetable, place the pan on the gas to heat it. 
  7. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it. Add mustard seeds to the hot oil and fry it. 
  8. After tempering the mustard, add cumin, curry leaves, asafoetida, finely chopped green chili, and ginger paste, and fry the spices lightly.
  9. Add 4 teaspoons turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder to the spices and mix it. 
  10. Now add banana, salt, red chili powder, mango powder, and a little green coriander to this spice and mix. 
  11. Now cook them for 2-3 minutes while stirring continuously. 
  12. The vegetable is ready, turn off the gas.
  13. ake out the vegetable in a bowl. 
  14. You can serve this dry vegetable full of flavor with paranthas, chapattis, pooris or eat it as well.
