  • Refined flour – 2 cups
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Instant dry yeast – 3/4 teaspoon or
  • Active dry yeast 1 tsp

For filling in Kachoris: – Ingredients for Stuffing

  • Potatoes – 2 medium-sized boiled
  • Green peas – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Green chili – 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch piece grated
  • Turmeric powder – half of 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper powder – less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – half of 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Method of making Baked Kachori Recipe

  1. For the dough, prepare the dough by kneading the dough, take out all-purpose flour in a vessel, place the dough in the center, sugar, instant dry yeast (no need to act separately after adding dry dry yeast to lukewarm water) and half a teaspoon Add salt and 2 teaspoons of oil, mix it well in maida.
  2. Prepare a soft dough like chapatti by adding a little water with the help of lukewarm water, knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until it becomes smooth (kneading the dough is less than 1 cup of water). 
  3. Put oil on the dough and keep it covered for 20 to 25 minutes, and then prepare the stuffing for the kachoris.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add asafetida and cumin seeds in hot oil, fry cumin seeds after adding green chilies and ginger, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, and now green peas, roast and mash them, now break the potatoes finely.
  5. Add the salt, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and mango powder and fry them for 2-3 minutes after mixing them well.
  6. The dough is also ready, now let’s fill the kachoris. 
  7. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and divide the stuffing into 8 parts as well. 
  8. Take 1 part of the dough and prepare a round dough, flatten it slightly and increase the size of the bowl and keep 1 part of the stuffing in the middle, lift the dough from all the sides, close the stuffing and lighten it by pressing the kachori Please flatten it. 
  9. Prepare the kachoris and apply some oil to the baking tray, prepare all the kachoris in the same way, put it on the baking tray a little distance and cover, and keep it for 2 hours
  10. The kachoris are ready to flower, keep the kachoris for baking, put the oven to 200 degrees centigrade. 
  11. Segre Set on and bake the kachoris in the oven for 20 minutes, check the kachoris after 15 minutes, and they are not brown enough yet, let them bake until they turn brown, even in 20 minutes if the cookies are not browned Then, bake the kachoris for 5 more minutes.
