Idli Batter Stuffed Sandwich: If you still have some batter left after making idli, then you can prepare it with a very tasty sandwich toast instant from that idli batter.
Necessary ingredients need to make Idli Batter Stuffed Sandwich
- Idli batter – 2 cups
- Salt – less than 1/2 tsp
- For stuffing – potato-spinach vegetable, chickpeas
- Oil – 1-2 tbsp
Method of making Idli Batter Stuffed Sandwich
Make into a nonstick toaster
- To make idli toast, take a toaster.
- Keep the toaster on the gas and grease it with oil.
- Add salt in idli batter and mix.
- Now spread a little mixture from this batter into the toaster.
- Now put some stuffing of potato spinach on it.
- Keep the gas slow. Let it roast for 3-4 minutes.
- After the toast is roasted, put a little oil on it.
- Close the toaster and roast it from the other side as well.
- Allow the toaster to roast for 3-4 minutes from the other side as well.
- After 5 minutes, check the toast.
- The toast is roasted from both sides.
- It has taken about 10 minutes for the toast to roast well.
- Remove and serve the toast.
Make into a normal toaster
- Now take a second non-normal normal toaster.
- Keep it on the gas and grease the toaster with oil.
- Put a little bit of idli batter in the toaster, add a little stuffing to it and cover it by adding a little batter over it.
- Allow it to roast for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- After 4 minutes, pour some oil over it and close the toaster and flip it over and allow it to roast for 4-5 minutes from the other side as well.
- Check it after 4 minutes. Toast made from idli batter is ready.
- Take out the toast on a plate.
- Sandwich toast made of hot Idli batter is ready and serve it and eat it.
- Give children to eat in tiffin, they will like their taste.
