  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Curd – 4 cups
  • Semolina – 4 cup
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda – 4 teaspoons
  • Chani – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • And oil for frying

Method  of making bhature recipe from wheat flour

  1. To make Bhatura, take 2 cups of flour in a bowl. Knead the dough with lukewarm water by adding little yogurt, ¼ cup semolina, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp, baking soda, and salt as per taste (knead the dough in the same way as you knead puri flour).
  2. After kneading the dough, add 1 teaspoon of oil to it and keep mashing it for 7-8 minutes so that the dough becomes soft.
  3. Cover the dough and keep it for 2-3 hours so that your dough will be ready for frying.
  4. Now before frying the Bhatura, add a little dry flour to the dough and mash it a little more.
  5. Put refine in the pan on one side and keep it on the gas for heating. On the other hand, make dough of dough (make the dough according to the size you want to make bhatura).
  6. Put a little dry flour in the dough you have prepared and roll it out.
  7. Check the oil kept on the gas. To check, put a small pill of doe in oil and try it.
  8. Now fry Bhatura one by one. After adding it to oil, keep stirring it so that it swells well. Fry Bhatura till it turns golden brown from both sides.
  9. Bhature of hot crispy flour is ready. If you want, you can eat it with pickle, chutney but if you eat it with chickpeas, then its taste will be different.
