Easy to make delicious veg Chinese fried rice

Chinese Fried Rice: The taste of Chinese fried rice made with vegetables and sauces is very much liked by today’s youth. It is also easy to make them.

Necessary ingredients need to make Chinese Fried Rice

  • Cook 1 cup basmati rice plain
  • Cabbage – 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • French Bins – 4 cups (finely chopped)
  • Paneer – ½ cup (cut into small cubes)
  • Capsicum – 4 cups (finely chopped)
  • Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil – 2 – 4 tbsp
  • Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Ginger – 1 inch (grated)
  • Ajinomoto – 4 teaspoons (if you want)
  • Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tsp

Method – How to Make Chinese Fried Rice

  1. Put oil in the pan and heat it. 
  2. When the oil is slightly hot, put the pieces of cottage cheese in the pan to roast and turn it on both sides and turn it out and roast till it turns light brown.
  3. Put carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage in the oil and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add green chili, ginger, green chili sauce, Ajino moto, soy sauce, vinegar, cottage cheese, and mix well.
  5. Add salt and rice and cook all the ingredients thoroughly while stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  6. When the rice is mixed well with the vegetables, add a little green coriander and mix it. Chinese fried rice is ready.
  7. Remove the Chinese fried rice to a plate and garnish with every coriander and serve.

Suggestions for Chinese Fried Rice

  • To make plain rice, you can look on the website.
  • If you like onions, then before adding vegetables in hot oil, fry 1 onion which is cut into long and thin pieces, and then mix it with rice. Rice can be garnished with green onions.
