Necessary ingredients need to make Pizza Paratha or Cheese Stuffed Paratha

For the dough for Pizza Paratha:

  • Refined flour – 2 cups
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Dry Active Yeast – 1 teaspoon

For stuffing:

  • Cabbage – 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Baby Corn – 2-3 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves – 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese – 50 grams (grated 3/4 cup)
  • Black pepper – less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp (as per taste)
  • Ginger – 1 inch, 2 inch piece, make paste
  • Green chili – 1 small, remove seeds and chop them finely (if you want)
  • Oil or Ghee – 2-3 tablespoons to be served on Pizza Paratha

Method of making Pizza Paratha or Cheese Stuffed Paratha

  1. Take out all purpose flour in a vessel, add salt, sugar, oil and active hard yeast and mix till it gets mixed. 
  2. With the help of lukewarm water, knead the dough like soft chapati flour, knead the dough for 5-6 minutes until it becomes very smooth, kneading this dough is 3/4 cup water. 
  3. Put oil on the dough and keep it covered for 2 hours, the dough will be prepared in double shape.

Prepare stuffing for Pizza Paratha:

  1. Grate the finely chopped cabbage, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped baby corn, and mozzarella cheese in a large bowl and mix all the spices together until the mixture is mixed.

Start making pizza parathas:

  1. To make Pizza Parathas, divide the stuffing into 2 parts. 
  2. After punching the dough, mash it a little, now divide the dough into 2 parts. 
  3. Wrap 1 part of the dough in dry flour and make it 4-5 inches in diameter.

Heat the griddle to keep it on the gas, pick up 1 stuffing of paratha, apply dry flour, place it on the chakla, make it slightly larger by pressing it lightly with the help of hands, so that the vegetables spread evenly, Giving the paratha a little pressure with the help of a cylinder, half a cm in diameter of 8-10 inches. 
  8. Roll it thick.
  9. Put the griddle to heat on the gas, the griddle is hot, spread some oil on the pan and spread it around. 
  10. Put the rolled paratha on the pan and roast the paratha on a low flame for 2 minutes, apply oil on the top surface and flip the paratha. 
  11. Put a little oil on this surface and spread it around. 
  12. Roast the Pizza Paratha on a low flame till both brown and brown spots turn. 
  13. Pizza paratha is ready to be crisp with sponges and both sides like bread from the middle. 
  14. Prepare both the parathas in the same way.
  15. Very delicious Pizza Parathas are ready.
