Today I have fried the bitter gourd in oil so that it gets deep-fried. And his curiosity is also removed. You can eat it with snacks too. Its test is very good. How do I make bitter gourd fry even before this? The recipe is made for making, which you can eat with dal rice.

The recipe for making bitter gourd fry is very easy and it takes at most 10-15 minutes to make it. So let’s see how to make it.

Materials need to make delicious bitter gourd fr:-

  • Bitter gourd: 1
  • Beson: 50 grams
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mirch powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder (Cumin): 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Oil: For Frying
  • Chaat Masala: 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation of bitter gourd fry: –

  1. First, peel the bitter gourd and cut it thin and long.
  2. Then take it in a bowl and add a little salt and a little water and leave it for 2 minutes.
  3. Then filter it out on a towel or paper to remove its excess water.
  4. Then take gram flour in another bowl.
  5. And add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to it and mix it well.
  6. Then add the bitter gourd to it and mix it well.
  7. Then heat the oil on the gas and once the oil is fully heated, add one bit of bitter gourd to it.
  8. When crispy and brown, remove it in tissue paper.
  9. And our bitter gourd fry is ready, put some chaat masala on top of it.
  10. And our bitter gourd is fried and ready, heat it and eat it.

Suggestion for making delicious bitter gourd fry:-

  • Washing bitter gourd in saltwater removes its bitterness.
  • If bitter gourd keeps the flame on medium while avoiding it.
  • It is not necessary to put a chaat masala, so if you have it, do not pour it.
