  • Carrot-2
  • Radish-2
  • Green Chilli-4
  • Pickle ingredients
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Fenugreek – 1 tbsp
  • Whole Black Pepper – 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Fennel – 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Oil – 1 small bowl
  • Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Celery – 1 teaspoon
  • Mango powder – 1 tbsp

Method of making carrot, radish, and green chili pickle

  1. To make a pickle, first of all, wash the carrot, radish, and chili with water and wipe it with a clean cloth.
  2. Now you cut all these things into long pieces. Then put oil in a pan and let it heat up.
  3. When the oil gets hot, first fry the chopped chilies.
  4. After roasting the chili for 5 minutes, add chopped carrots and radish to it and stir it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. On the other hand, to make pickle masala, first fry mustard 1 tbsp, cumin 1 tbsp, fenugreek 1 tbsp, whole black pepper 1 tbsp, coriander 1 tbsp, and fennel 1 tbsp.
  6. After roasting all the things together, grind it in a grinder and keep it in a separate vessel.
  7. Now add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 small spoon, salt 1 small, celery 1 small, and mango powder 1 tablespoon in roasted carrot, radish, and chili and stir well.
  8. After this, add 2 teaspoons of ground spices and mix all the spices on low gas for 4 minutes.
  9. Your mix pickle is made. Now serve it with delicious food.
