How to make Fruits Shrikhand – Yogurt with Fresh Fruit Mix

Necessary ingredients need to make Yogurt with Fresh Fruit Mix
- Hung Curd – 2 Cups
- Apple – 1 (finely chopped)
- Grapes – 100 grams (finely chopped)
- Pomegranate – 1
- Kiwi – 1 (finely chopped)
- Walnuts – 7-8 (finely chopped)
- Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup (75 grams)
- Green cardamom – 2-3 (coarsely ground)
- Milk – 1 tbsp
- Saffron – 7-8 threads
Method of making Yogurt with Fresh Fruit Mix
- First of all, we will prepare Hung Curd for Shrikhand.
- To make a Hung Curd, take a bowl, place a sieve over it and put 4 cups fresh curd in it by placing a muslin or thin clean cloth on the sieve and collect the cloth from all sides and put it back in the sieve, in 1 – 2 hours.
- All the water of curd will be squeezed and will go in a bowl kept under the sieve and thick curd will remain in the cloth.
- Hung curd is ready. 2 cups Hung Curd is prepared from 4 cups of curd.
- Put saffron threads in milk, saffron will dissolve in milk.
- Take out the Hung Curd in a bowl, add powdered sugar, saffron milk, cardamom powder, and mix it well. The smooth mixture is ready after 2-3 minutes of whipping.
- Add finely chopped grapes, apple, kiwi, 2-3 tbsp pomegranate seeds, and 2-3 tbsp finely chopped walnuts to the mixture. Mix everything well.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After 1 hour, take out the cup from the fridge and serve cold cold shrikhand and eat.
- To serve the shrikhand, take a small bowl, first of all, put finely chopped fruit in it, then put a little shrikhand in it and garnish it with the fruit.
- Srikhand full of flavor is ready to eat.
