Ingredients need to make Mix Lentil Sprouts Kebab
- 200 gms Fried Potatoes (washed and mashed)
- 600 gm Mixed Bean Sprouts, Lightly Boiled
- 20 grams Green Chillies
- 40 grams of ginger
- 10 grams Red Chilli (Crushed)
- 10 grams turmeric powder
- 8 grams garam masala powder
- 8 grams red chili powder
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 1 beet
- 1 raw mango
- Salt to taste
- 50 gm vegetable oil
- 20 grams Bread Crumb
Method of making Mix Lentil Sprouts Kebab
- Wash the sprouts and boil them lightly. Coarsely chop it roughly.
- Wash and chop the fat and green chilies too.
- Wash raw mangoes and chop them thick.
- Boil the sugar cooled and cut it.
- Peel and wash the potatoes as well and fry them on low heat and cool them.
To make kebabs:
- Heat oil in a pan. When it gets hot, add ginger, green chili, and mix sprouts.
- Now add all the spices and keep them aside to cool down.
- Mash the potatoes and add bread crumbs to the sprouts.
- Make a patty by putting it in a mold.
- In a nonstick pan, roast these patties from both sides till they turn golden and serve with beetroot deep.
To make deep:
- Mix the greek yogurt, chopped sugar, ginger, salt, and green chilies together.
- It will take at least 30 minutes to cook.
