Materials need to make Veg Chili Momos:-

  • Maida – 2 cups
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – (as per taste)
  • Onion (chopped onion) – 1 cup
  • Carrot (chopped carrot) – 1 cup
  • Beans (chopped beans) – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic – 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger – 2 teaspoons
  • Cabbage – 1 cup
  • Capsicum – 2 teaspoons
  • Salt – (as per taste)
  • Chili – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger – 2 teaspoons
  • Onion – 2 pieces (cut into four pieces)
  • Capsicum – 2 pieces
  • Chili paste – 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 teaspoons
  • Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon

Method of making veg chili momos

  1. First, take maida in a vessel and mix oil and salt in it.
  2. Then add some water and stir it.
  3. After that make the small dough in it.
  4. Then in a bowl add onion, carrot, beans, garlic, ginger, cabbage, capsicum, chili, and salt and mix it well.
  5. Then take a ball and roll it.
  6. Then add the vegetable and close it with the help of pinches.
  7. Then close the momos from above so that they do not break.
  8. Likewise, make all momos.
  9. Then garnish it in a container.
  10. Then heat some water in the cooker and then put the container in it and cover it. 
  11. Then cook it for 10 minutes.
  12. Then after 10 minutes take out the momos and fry them with some oil.
  13. Then add garlic, onion, and capsicum to a pan and mix well.
  14. Then add chili paste, tomato sauce, and soy sauce in the same pan and fry it.
  15. Then put momos in it. Then mix the momos well.
  16. And our veg chili momos is ready.
