Ingredients need to make Paneer Anardana Kebab
- 500 gms cheese
- 2 medium green capsicum (cut into one-inch cubes)
- 2 medium tomatoes (cut into one-inch cubes)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Hung Curd
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tsp pomegranate powder
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method of making Paneer Anardana Kebab
- Cut the cheese into pieces and one inch in length and thickness.
- Mix all the ingredients of marination and put the pieces of cottage cheese in it for 15 minutes and leave it to marinate.
- Heat the oil on a flame and put pieces of cottage cheese on it and fry the shallows till they turn golden brown, it should be crispy from the bottom.
- Remove them on paper towels.
- Now toss the capsicum and tomato pieces in the remaining marination and fry in the remaining oil on the pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Apply a piece of cheese with a piece of capsicum and tomato in a toothpick.
- Sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot.
