- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup of water
- One Potato Boiled
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tsp Coriander finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation – How to make Veg Raita Recipe
- To make Veg Raita, first peel the cucumber, tomato, and potato with the help of a knife and cut them into fine pieces.
- Now pour curd in a vessel and add a little water and whisk the curd well.
- Add all the chopped ingredients to the curd, like cucumber, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes.
- Mix all the mixture well in the curd.
- After doing this, add all the spices like black pepper, salt, sugar, red chili powder, cumin powder, green coriander, etc. to this mixture and mix it well.
