- 8 raw bananas
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method of preparation – How to make Banana Chips Recipe
- To make banana chips, first of all, take the banana and wash it clean. Now peel the bananas and cut all the bananas with the help of a cutter.
- Now take water in a vessel, mix turmeric and salt in it and mix and soak chopped banana pieces in it and keep it for a while.
- After some time take the chips out of the water and dry them by laying them on a cloth. Doing so will separate the water from the chips.
- Now put oil in a pan and place it on the gas for heating.
