  • Bread: 8
  • Boiled potato: 1
  • Boiled sweet corn: 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped Onion: 1
  • Green chopped chili: 4
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
  • Green chutney: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Butter

To decorate:-

  • Tomato sauce
  • Sev (Bhujia) (Sev)

Method of making easy bread snacks

  1. First of all, pour the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Then add corn grains, onion granules, green chilies, mayonnaise, green chutney, and salt. And mix it well.
  3. Our batter is ready, now we will keep it covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Then take the bread and cut it with a bowl or glass. (Cut out whole bread)
  5. Then put a little butter on the bread and put potato mixture on it and cover it with a little butter on the other bread.
  6. Then apply a little butter on the top.
  7. Then place the pan or pan on the gas and cook from both sides.
  8. Once it is on both sides, remove it and cut it into two pieces.
  9. So we’ll put a little tomato sauce on the side of it.
  10. And then put a little bit of mixture on top of it.
  11. And our crispy, sour-sweet bread snacks are ready.
