- One capsicum finely chopped
- 1 cabbage finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp oil
- Two tsp chili mother in law
- 2 tsp soya saas
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Salt to taste

- To make veg noodles, first put water and salt in a vessel and put it on the gas for boiling. Take the noodles and break them in the middle. When the water starts boiling then add these noodles to it.
- Boil the noodles until they become soft. Turn off the gas when the noodles are soft. Sieve them with the help of a sieve.
- Now take a pan and put oil in it to heat it. When the oil is hot, add carrots, cabbage, and capsicum to it and keep stirring them with the help of a spatula.
