Materials need to make egg chutney

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation – How to make Egg Chutney Recipe

  1. To make egg chutney, firstly grind the onion, tomato, and green chilies separately in a grinder.
  2. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the onion mixture to the hot oil and fry it on low heat. 
  3. After roasting the onion, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric and mix well.
  4. Now add red chili to this mixture and mix as well as the powdered green chilies. 
  5. Stir the mixture for a while, now add ground tomatoes and salt and fry it well.
  6. After this, fry all the mixture for 2 minutes. 
  7. Now in the same mixture, break all the eggs one by one and mix it well with the spices and fry them.
  8. After 2 minutes, the color of eggs will start to turn white, and see if all the mixture is cooked well.
  9. Leave it to cook on gas for 2 minutes. 
  10. In a short time your delicious and delicious egg chutney is ready, take it out in a bowl, and survey all.
