Stir Fried Tofu with Rice Recipe:
This is a Chinese style vegetable dish in which you will taste rice with soy sauce and other things.

Ingredients need to make Stir Fried Tofu With Rice

For Tofu:

  • 100 grams Tofu
  • 2 tsp chili paste
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 2 chalets, sliced
  • 1 inch Ginger, sliced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, cut into pieces
  • 1 inch red onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Handful coriander leaves, sliced ‚Äč‚Äčinto pieces
  • 1 tsp refined oil

For Fried Rice:

  • Carrots, sliced
  • Green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 ginger, sliced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Handful green coriander
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method of making Stir Fried Tofu with Rice

  1. Put refined oil in a preheated pan and add chopped marines and stir well.
  2. Then add ginger, garlic, chalet, salt and pepper.
  3. Add red chilli paste, soy sauce and honey.
  4. Add little coriander leaves and mix them all together.

For Fried Rice:

  1. Put olive oil in a preheated pan and add carrot, spring onion, ginger and salt and pepper.
  2. Then add fresh red chillies, lemon juice and soy sauce and mix together.
  3. Add a little chopped coriander.
  4. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve in a plate.
