  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds boneless chicken (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 cup unsalted chicken stock
  • 1.5 cups yellow onion, sliced
  • 5 garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp salt-free tomato puree

Seasoning Mixture:

  • 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • A quarter cup of cream
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander

How to make protein-packed chicken tikka masala

  1. Heat oil in a vessel. Toss the chicken and coat it in oil evenly for 5 to 6 minutes until it turns brown.
  2. Add garlic, onion, and ginger, stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric, and black pepper.
