Nilgiri turkey korma recipe makes at home

Ingredients need to Nilgiri Turkey Korma
- 750 gms Turkey Meat
- 100 gms Spinach
- 1 bunch peppermint leaves
- 2 bunch coriander leaves
- 10 Green Chillies
- 150 gms onion
- 250 gms Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 10 gms royal cumin
- 100 gms yogurt
- 100 gms coconut paste
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 10 gms garam masala powder
- 100 ml of oil
- Salt to taste
The method of making Nilgiri turkey korma
- Put turkey meat, salt, turmeric powder, and water in a cooker.
- Turn it off and let the two whistles come. When the turkey boils, keep it aside.
- Now put spinach, mint, coriander, green chili, and a little bit of water in a mixer jar and grind it.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled turkey and mix well. Now add fresh curry leaves and mix and cook for 10 minutes.
- After ten minutes, add coconut paste. Now oil will start leaking.
- Now mix yogurt. Stir the paste prepared with salt, spinach and mix well for 5 minutes. Cook till it smells.
- Add a glass of water to it and mix it. Add coriander powder and mix.
- Cook with a lid for 9.10 minutes.
- After 10.10 minutes, remove the lid and mix.
- When the curry is almost ready, add garam masala and mix. Add fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
