Mix Vegetable Soup: Vegetable soup is very beneficial for health because we mix all the vegetables and cook it. By the way, how is a soup made, tomato soup, Maggi soup or baby corn soup, etc. 

Although earlier more foreigners used to eat more, now the people of India have also started to like it. Well, you can eat it anytime… Breakfast, lunch, or dinner time too. Materials need to make Mix vegetable soup:

  • Mushroom: 1/2 bowl
  • Beans: 1/2 bowl
  • Carrot: 1/2 bowl
  • Onion: 1/2 bowl
  • Capsicum: 1/2 bowl
  • Cauliflower: 1/2 bowl
  • All-Purpose flour: 50 grams
  • Milk: 50 grams
  • Oil
  • Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: (Taste Anusara)
  • Vegetable Stock (Water): 500 grams (1/2 liter)

Note: –

Here I have cut all the vegetables into one size (1/2 inch). Vegetables look good with a bite of size.

Vegetable Stock: – It is very easy to make vegetable stock. Hab, we wash and chop the vegetables to make soup, after that we will boil the vegetables in a little water. And its water is called vegetable stock.

Method of making Mix vegetable soup:

  1. First of all, put the pan on the gas and add oil to it, after the oil is hot, add the bay leaves to it.
  2. Then add mushrooms, onions, carrots, cauliflower, beans, and a little salt and fry for a while.
  3. Then add refined flour and mix it.
  4. In a while you will see that the flour is caught in the sari vegetables, then at that time we put vegetable stock in it and cook for a while (you can also add plain water).
  5. For a while, you will see that the soup is starting to thicken.
  6. Then add capsicum and cabbage and cook it for a while.
  7. Then put a chat masala in it. And our soup is almost ready.
  8. Now take it out in a serving bowl and your mixed vegetable soup is ready. Eat it hot.

Suggestion for your mix vegetable soup:

  • Cut the vegetables to a size (1/2 inch).
  • If you have not made your vegetable stock then you can also add plain water.
  • I put capsicum and cabbage later because these vegetables cook quickly, and it takes a little time to cook vegetables like carrots and beans.
