  • 1/4 cup oats/oats
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh mangoes
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Mango coconut smoothie method

  1. Fry the oats in a pan and let it cool.
  2. Put toasted oats in a pan and blend it well until texture powder is formed.
  3. Pour remaining ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve fresh.
