  • 50 gms turmeric paste
  • 20 gms Garlic, sliced
  • 20 gms Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 10 gms Green Lemon
  • 10 gms salt

  • 20 gms black salt

  • 20 gms lemon juice
  • 20 gms asafoetida
  • 20 gms Cumin Powder, Roasted
  • 20 gms snowflakes
For Tomato Chilli:
  • 20 gms Tomatoes
  • 5 grams Green Chilli
  • 5 grams garlic
  • 3 grams black salt
  • 20 gms onion

Method of making Lemon and turmeric duwari chicken

  1. Take the chicken leg in the bowl. Add turmeric paste, chopped garlic, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, lemon juice, as well as spices like garam masala, carom seeds, asafoetida, salt, and yellow chili. Mix it well so that all the spices soak up the chicken.
