Materials need to make Maggi vegetable soup:
- Oil: 2 teaspoons
- Garlic: 2 (fine)
- Onion: 1
- Green chili: 2 (chopped)
- Carrot: 2
- Pea: 1/2 cup
- Spring Onion: 2-3 (chopped)
- Capsicum: 1/2 (chopped)
- Broccoli florets: 5-8 (chopped)
- Salt: (taste recommended)
- Water: 3 cups
- Maggi Packet (Maggi): 1 piece
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon
Method of making Maggi vegetable soup:
- First of all, place a pan on the gas and add oil to it and when it gets hot, add garlic to it.
- Then add onion and chili and roast it for a while.
- Then add sautéed vegetables (carrots, peas, green onions, capsicum, and broccoli florets) and add salt on top and roast them on low heat.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add water to it and add two packets of Maggi packet to it and leave it to boil. (If you like a spicy soup, you can also add a little chili powder on top)
- Then add the Maggi and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add black pepper and vinegar to the cheek and mix it.
- And your vegetable Maggi soup is ready. Eat it hot.
