Ingredients need to make butter chicken recipe
- Yogurt – 6 Tablespoon
- Ginger Pastes – 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic Pastes – 1 Tablespoon
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt – Half Tablespoon
Essential Ingredients for Gravy –
- 4-5 Tablespoon Oil
- 50 Grams Butter
- 1 pinch Fennel
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 3 Medium Shaped Onions
- 4 Medium Size Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Pastes
- 25 Cashews
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
Method of making Butter Chicken Recipe
- Wash chicken thoroughly in a large pot.
- Beat the curd and add chicken to it.
- Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder and salt and keep it for half an hour to marinate.
Method of making gravy
- Put 4 to 5 tablespoons oil in a pan.
- Add 25 grams of butter and a pinch of fennel and cardamom.
- Now finely chop the onion and add oil to it.
- Put it in the pan and fry it till it becomes light brown.
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces and put it in the pan.
- Now add garlic paste and fry till it smells.
- Add red chili powder.
- Add salt as per taste and fry this mixture for 5 minutes.
- After five minutes, put it in a separate pot and let it cool.
- Blend until it becomes smooth when cold.
- Now put gravy and chicken in the same pan and add half cup of water.
- Add one tablespoon garam masala and one tablespoon kasoori methi. Mix well
- Add a tablespoon tomato sauce to it and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the remaining butter to the gravy. 15. Add water as required and cook for 10 minutes.
- After this minute, see butter and oil will come up. This means that the gravy is cooked.
- Serve by adding cream and coriander over it.
INSTRUCTIONS To make kasoori methi crisp, crush it by putting it on the pan and fry after it.
