  • 5 grams onion, sliced
  • 1 gram garlic, sliced
  • 20 ml (ml) olive oil
  • 200 gms canned corn
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground pepper according to taste
  • 5 ml jalapeno
  • 20 gms butter
  • 30 ml of cream
  • 1 chicken breast (sliced), grilled
  • 1 fried egg
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 slice toasted garlic bread
  • 30 gms fennel pickle (optional, cooked in fresh fennel, salt, chili, sugar, and vinegar)


How to make Chicken and Corn Soup

  1. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add canned corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and jalapeno. Add some water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool it and put it in a blender to make a puree.
  4. Add cream and butter with grilled chicken slices and reheat it. Garnish it with a fried egg.
  5. Add fennel pickle. Serve it in a pasta plate with toasted garlic bread.
