Ingredients need to make Chicken and Corn Soup Recipe
- 5 grams onion, sliced
- 1 gram garlic, sliced
- 20 ml (ml) olive oil
- 200 gms canned corn
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper according to taste
- 5 ml jalapeno
- 20 gms butter
- 30 ml of cream
- 1 chicken breast (sliced), grilled
- 1 fried egg
- 100 ml of water
- 1 slice toasted garlic bread
- 30 gms fennel pickle (optional, cooked in fresh fennel, salt, chili, sugar, and vinegar)
How to make Chicken and Corn Soup
- Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
- Add canned corn and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, and jalapeno. Add some water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool it and put it in a blender to make a puree.
- Add cream and butter with grilled chicken slices and reheat it. Garnish it with a fried egg.
- Add fennel pickle. Serve it in a pasta plate with toasted garlic bread.
