Egg Biryani Recipe / Egg Biryani: Egg Biryani is an easy and delicious dish that can be prepared quickly. Non-eaters eat biryani very fondly. You can try this recipe next time whenever you feel like eating something different. 
Ingredients: In this dish, you can also use hard-boiled eggs with broken eggs. Fry the egg bhurji and add rice to it. Apart from this, some whole spices are also used. 
How to serve: Garnish the Egg Biryani with green coriander and serve it hot with delicious Chili Chicken or Chicken Manchurian or Simple Chicken Masala

Ingredients of egg biryani

  • 2 cups (soaked in water for 10 minutes) basmati rice
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 10 (lengthwise chopped) green chilies
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • One inch cinnamon piece
  • (Separately) 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp casserole masala
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Method of making egg biryani

  1. Boil four eggs.
  2. Now add oil in a large pan.
  3. And heat it. 
  4. Sprinkle whole spices in it.
  5. After few seconds add the ginger-garlic paste with onion and green chili.
  6. Fry them till they turn brown. Now break two eggs into the pan.
  7. Make them ready as bhurji. Then add soaked rice to the water.
  8. Fry for a minute. Add salt on top.
  9. Then add boiled eggs to it and add four cups of water.
  10. Cook until half of the rice is cooked. After this, add casserole masala and a little lemon juice to it.
  11. Mix well then cover the pan and cook.
  12. When the water dries completely and the rice is cooked completely, add green coriander over it and serve.
