Chicken Pakora Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp chicken boneless
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon (crushed) cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon (crushed) coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp mango powder
  • 2 tsp pomegranate
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons peppermint, sliced
  • 8 tbsp oil

How to make Chicken Pakora

  1. Let the chicken marinate for 10 minutes with a paste of salt and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Mix the other ingredients into another bowl.
  3. Prepare the batter by adding water.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and then deep fry.
  5. Serve hot pakoras with green chutney.
