Ingredients Need to make chicken gravy

  • 6 pieces of chicken leg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 onions
  • Ginger
  • 8-9 garlic cloves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 large cardamom
  • 8 black peppers
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 4 green chilies

Method of Making chicken gravy

For Marination:
  1. Grind the chicken in a bowl and add salt, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Mix it well and keep it on one side for 30 minutes.
  3. ow grind onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies together and make a paste.
To make the curry:
  1. Take oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, big cardamom, black pepper, and cloves.
  2. Fry until the golden brown and now add onion paste.
  3. Mix it well and cook by covering the pan for a while.
  4. After some time add tomatoes and mix turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder along with it.
  5. Now add chicken pieces and fry it.
  6. Add a little water to it.
  7. Cook it by putting it in a pressure cooker.
  8. After this add garam masala and green coriander in the cooker.
To make Tadka:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan, now adds ginger and green chilies to it.
  2. Let it cook and after that pour the tempering in the pressure cooker.
  3. Cook till it comes to a boil and garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
While making the recipe chicken gravy, you can also add some curd to it, it will add more flavor.
