Ingredients need to make Bread Pakora

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp rye
  • 1 tsp curry leaves
  • 1 ¼ t spoon asafoetida
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 Potato (boiled)
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp celery
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 2 bread slices

How to make bread pakora

  1. Take a pan and heat it by adding some oil,
  2. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and asafoetida and stir it.
  3. After this, mix ginger paste and green chili in it.
  4. Now add boiled potato, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and green coriander.
  5. Bread pakoras by mixing well.
  6. In a bowl take gram flour, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, celery, rice flour, and some water.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well and prepare a batter.
  8. Take a pan and sprinkle a little salt and red chili on it.
  9. Take bread slices, add potato filling, and cottage cheese in the middle.
  10. Cut the bread slices into two pieces.
  11. Now dip these bread pieces in gram flour solution.
  12. Fry them in hot oil.
  13. Serve hot with tomato catchup.
