Szechuan chicken recipe | Best Crispy | At home restaurant style

Crispy Szechuan chicken:- To make chicken tasty, crispy Szechuan Chicken is the most delicious recipe for Chinese tests. You can make it comfortably at home.

Necessary Ingredients to make Crispy Szechuan chicken 

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 4 small teaspoons of Sagewan sauce
  • 1 cup Cornflower / Cornstarch
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 Corn flour
  • 1 cup oil

Method of making Crispy Szechuan chicken 

  1. Heat oil in a pan as required.
  2. Cut two equal pieces of chicken breast and set them aside on a plate.
  3. Apply 1 teaspoon of Sagewan sauce on each piece and rub it well and then on the other side also apply 1 teaspoon of Sagewan sauce.
  4. Combine cornstarch and water in a bowl and whisk to make a thick batter.
  5. Spread all-purpose flour on a plate and wrap the pieces of chicken in a fine flour.
  6. Remove cornflour on another plate and keep aside.
  7. Now heat oil in a pan and wrap chicken pieces in cornstarch paste and then add light cornflour and deep fry it.
  8. Similarly, wrap the second piece of chicken in corn paste and apply cornflour and deep fry it.
  9. ake out the pieces of deep-fried chicken on Absorbent paper so that extra oil is removed.
  10. Cut both pieces of chicken into three to four pieces and keep them out on a serving plate.
  11. Serve hot by putting the remaining Szechwan sauce on the pieces properly.
