Soya chili recipe, healthy as well as taste

Material needs to make Soya chili recipe
For soybean
- Water - 4 cups
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Soyabean big - 1 cup
- Thick curd - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili
- 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
- 1/4 cup oil - as required
Other material
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Finely chopped garlic - 5 buds
- Chopped green chilies - 1
- Finely chopped green onions - 4 tsp
- Finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
- Chopped capsicum - 1
- Tomato Sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Chili Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- For Corn Floor Paste
- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 1/4 cup

Method of Soya chili recipe
- Boil half a teaspoon of salt in four cups of water.
- Add soybeans to it and boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove the soybeans from the water and allow them to cool. Put yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, one-fourth teaspoon pepper powder, and half teaspoon red chili powder in a vessel and mix well.
- Add boiled soybeans and a quarter cup of cornflour to the same pot and mix well.
- Cover and leave for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the soybean in it and take it out on tissue paper. Now heat four spoons of oil in a large pan and add five cloves of cloves and chopped green chilies from the middle.
- Add two spoons of onion and two teaspoons of green onion to the pan and keep it on high heat for a while.
- Now add capsicum to it and cook till it turns light color. Add two teaspoon tomato sauce, one teaspoon chili sauce, one teaspoon vinegar, one teaspoon soy sauce, and one-fourth teaspoon salt and pepper powder.
- Cook for two to three minutes. Now add a spoonful of cornflour and a quarter cup of water in a bowl and mix.
- Put this paste in the pan and cook it until the gravy thickens. Put the fried soybean elder in the pan and mix. Turn off the gas.
- Garnish the soy chili with the remaining two teaspoons of green onions and serve.
