Paneer Biryani | simple and easy recipe to make at home

Necessary Ingredients to make Paneer Biryani
- Basmati Rice 3 cups (boiled)
- Cottage Cheese 400 grams
- Cashew paste 1 cup
- Cream half cup
- Onion chopped and fried in a cup
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Almonds fall 10-12
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Butter 2 Tbsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Green chili 3, chopped
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- Ginger 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Turmeric powder a small spoon
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves 1 tbsp
- Tandoori Masala 1 Tbsp
- Cardamom powder half a teaspoon
- Cinnamon 2 large pieces
- Cloves 4-5
- Large cardamom 4
- Green Cardamom 7-8
- Black pepper powder quarter teaspoon
- Salt to taste

Method to make Paneer Biryani
- First of all, put ghee in the pan and keep it on medium for heating.
- When ghee gets hot, add paneer pieces in it and fry it till it becomes golden.
- Take these pieces out on a plate.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, big cardamom, small cardamom, black pepper to the remaining oil and fry it while stirring for half a minute.
- After this, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and fry it on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add powdered spices to the ghee and mix it well.
- After this, add tomato puree to it and fry it while stirring for 4-5 minutes. Then add cashew paste, salt, and cream and mix it well.
- When the mixture is cooked well and it starts leaving ghee, then add paneer to it and cook it for 7-8 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Keep a large pot or utensil in a low flame.
- Put the first layer of boiled rice in this pot. Make a layer of half the mixture of paneer over the rice. That means we have to lay three layers of rice and two layers of paneer.
- After adding the paneer mixture, again spread the third layer of rice and the remaining paneer mixture over it. After adding the paneer, put the leftover layer of rice.
- Spread fried onions, mint and coriander leaves over the rice. Cover the pot with foil paper or lid and keep it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Lazy Paneer Biryani is ready. Eat and feed it with your favorite raita.
