Crab Fried Rice

Crab Fried Rice: Daydreaming for the hybrid between Fried Rice and Sushi-Joint Hand Role gave rise to the idea. It turns out that making short-grain fried rice, sushi-style rice is fantastic, as it stands up to move quite well and gives an almost soulful quality to the final dish.

Material to make Crab Fried Rice

  • 1 avocado, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, split 
  • 1 1/2 cups unbaked peeled white (sushi) rice 
  • 2 cups of water 
  • 2 tablespoons grape oil 
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger 
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated Hua 
  • 2 Thai bird eagle, minced 
  • 1 tbsp togarashi (Japanese red chili masala), split 
  • 2 tbsp eggs, beaten 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar 
  • 2 tsp sugar 
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion 
  • 1 cup Lump crab 
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into fine julienne

How to make Crab Fried Rice

  1. Toss avocado dipped in a tablespoon of lime juice. To cancel.
