Chocolate Banana Cake Making Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe: This is a classic rich and creamy chocolate cake recipe made with banana and cocoa powder. This recipe is similar to the nut bread flavored banana bread. It can also be served as a dessert as well as a snack with a cup of tea or coffee.

It can also be made with eggs or without eggs. One such easy recipe is chocolate making cake. It is also very popular among cake lovers due to its chocolate flavor. I’m not a big fan of cake recipes myself because it takes a lot of time to make cakes. The second biggest problem of cake recipes is that most of the time it is not prepared properly. 
You have to take more care to give it perfect, moist (moisturized) and spongy texture. I do very little baking, so I always find it difficult and whenever I do baking, I make a mistake. But still, I like the chocolate banana cake recipe for two main reasons. The first reason is the texture, flavor, and banana – the mixed taste of chocolate, and the second reason is that this cake is very easy to make. 
There is very little chance of making a mistake while making this cake because its recipe is very easy. Although this recipe is very easy, still I am giving you some tips and suggestions for making Banana Chocolate Chip Cake. 
As I mentioned earlier, you can also serve this cake as a snack, as it is less sweet than normal sweets. But if you want, you can make it a classic dessert recipe by adding sugar to it. Secondly, I have added walnuts in this recipe. 
By adding walnuts, cashews, almonds, the cake becomes even tastier. Most importantly, you can make this cake even without eggs. I have used vinegar (vinegar) in place of eggs in it. If you eat eggs and you like the egg yolk, then you should use egg instead of vinegar.

Materials need to make Banana Chocolate Cake

To grind:
  • 2 baked bananas
  • 3/4 cup (180 g) sugar
    For Cake Batter:
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp vinegar /1 tsp vinegar vinyl
  • 11/2 cups (262 g) cornflower
  • 1/2 cup (45 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp. chocolate chip

Instruction for making Banana Chocolate Cake

  1. First, take 2 bananas and 3/4 cups of sugar in a blender.
  2. Grind it till the smooth puree is mixed without water.
  3. Remove the banana puree in a large bowl.
  4. Now add 1⁄2 cups of oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of vinyl.
  5. Keep stirring slowly until everything is found well.
  6. Place a sieve and add 11/2 cups of maida, 1⁄2 cups cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  7. While filtering the dough, keep in mind that there is no lump in it.
  8. Mix it well using the cut and fold method.
  9. Then add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  10. Keep shaking it till the thick cake batter is formed.
  11. Add 1⁄4 cups of walnuts and mix gently.
  12. Put the cake batter in a cake tin(cake mold). Do not forget to smooth the mold and place a butter paper at the bottom to protect it from adhesive. I have used smith + Nobel–21x11cm bread loaf pan.
  13. Now top it with 3 tablespoon chocolate chip.
  14. Place the cake tray in a preheated (preheated) oven. Bake the cake at 180°C or 356°F for 40 minutes.
  15. Or bake until the toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  16. Next, let the cake cool completely and then cut into thick slices and serve.
  17. Finally serve the eggless chocolate making cake or fill it in an airtight container.
