  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 100 grams
  • Tomato Puree – 800 ml
  • Crushed Tomatoes – 490 grams
  • Tomato paste – 80 grams
  • Green chili – 1 tsp
  • Parsley – 2 tablespoons
  • Water – 200 ml
  • Bay leaf – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

  • Flour – for coating

  • Bread Crumbs – For Coating

Method of making Chicken Parmigiana Recipe at Home

  1. First heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy frying pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, and shake well.
  2. Then, add 100 grams of onion and fry till translucent.
  3. Now, 800ml Add tomato puree, 490 grams of crushed tomatoes, 80 grams of tomato paste, and mix it well. Boil it.
  4. After boiling 4 add 1 tsp green chilies, 2 tablespoons parsley, and mix it well.
  5. Followed by 200 ml. Add water, 1 bay leaf, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and mix well.
  6. Then cook it on medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes, keep aside.
  7. Now on a cutting board, place a chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and make it about 1 inch (1 cm) larger than a meat cover.
  8. Then remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  9. Then add all-purpose flour and coat it completely.
  10. Then, dip it in the egg mixture and mix it well with the bread crumbs mixture.
  11. After this, heat a little olive oil in a pan, put a chicken breast on it.
  12. Now cook on a medium flame for 3 – 5 minutes and flip it slowly. Cook until it turns golden in color from all four sides.
  13. Turn off the gas and place it on a baking tray. Put some prepared sauce on it.
  14. Now add Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  15. Preheat 15 prepared dishes in the oven at 350 ° F / 180 ° C. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  16. Bake it out of the oven. Garnish with coriander.
  17. Dishes are ready and serve it hot.
