  • Half kg of chicken
  • Four tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • Curd 200 grams
  • ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder
  • Half a teaspoon coriander powder
  • One teaspoon garam masala
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili paste
  • Give whole red chili
  • A cup of green tomato paste
  • Green color 1/4 tsp
  • Half cup of fried onion paste
  • Cashew-almond paste two teaspoons
  • Half a cup of oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A pan

Method to make Hyderabadi Green Chicken Recipe

  1. First of all, wash the chicken.
  2. Now add chicken, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green cardamom powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, mint leaves, green chili paste, lemon juice, green color and mix in a vessel. Keep it for 2 hours.
  3. After the time, put oil in a pan and keep it on a medium flame for heating.
  4. As soon as the oil is hot, add whole red chili tempering.
  5. After the chilies crackle, add marinated chicken in oil and fry on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. After this, add cashew-almond paste, fried onion paste, green tomato paste, and garam masala, and mix and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Then add salt to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
  8. Hyderabadi Green Chicken is ready.
