  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 250g Mix Vegetables (Lightly Baked)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper (crushed as fresh powder)
  • 3 cups cheese, grated
  • Tomato grinds (for garnishing)
  • To prepare White Sauce:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter

The method of making baked vegetables

  1. To make white sauce:
  2. Mix all the ingredients together. Keep in mind that you have to keep the mixer running continuously. Put butter in a pan and add onions. Fry till it becomes golden.
  3. After this, add mixed vegetables to it and keep the mixture running on high heat. You will see that butter will be wrapped on the vegetables. Then take them off the heat and mix salt, pepper and prepared white sauce in it.
  4. Now pour this mixture into the oven proof dish. Grate cheese over it.
  5. Use tomato grinds for garnishing and bake in preheated oven for about half an hour. When the cheese melts, remove and serve.
