Chicken masala is a very basic and simple recipe that you can easily make at home. You can also eat chicken masala with boiled rice, roti, naan, or paratha.
Ingredients to make chicken masala: Chicken is made in different ways in different parts, while this recipe of chicken curry is made using tomatoes and many spices. Also, cream and green coriander are added to it.

Ingredients of Chicken Masala Recipe

  • 1 kg (grilled, sliced) chicken
  • 2 small spoonfuls (grated with garlic)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cream

How to make Chicken Masala

  1. Heat the pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When it starts crackling, add the onion mixture and fry it on high flame till it becomes golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes then fry it till the oil separates.
  4. Add garam masala, salt, turmeric, and red chili to it and mix well.
  5. Keep the flame sharp, add the chicken pieces in it, and mix the pieces of chicken in the spices completely.
  6. Add half a cup of water then let it boil.
  7. Turn down the heat and let the chicken cook until it becomes soft.
  8. Garnish with coriander and cream and serve.
