Chicken Fried Rice Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup chicken (cooked), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili sauce

How to make Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Boil the rice by adding a teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp of oil to the rice.
  2. Drain and wash with cold water.
  3. Leave the rice in the sieve and add one spoon of oil over it.
  4. Heat the remaining oil, add garlic and onion and fry it till it becomes light brown.
  5. Add chicken and fry well.
  6. Now add soy sauce, vinegar and chili sauce, mix well and add rice.
  7. Mix chicken and rice well and serve hot chicken fried rice.
