Baked Cauliflower Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 onion whole
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 medium cauliflower
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into pieces)
  • 1 yellow capsicum (cut into pieces)
  • 1 Green Capsicum (cut out of Bees)
  • 250 grams Cheddar Cheese (You can garnish anything you like)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make baked cauliflower

  1. Put milk in a pan and heat it. Now remove the onion peel of an onion and add it to the milk. Also add fresh rosemary and black pepper.
  2. If you do not have Rosemary, use thyme or bezel.
  3. Cut cauliflower pieces. Add them to the milk. When the milk boils, take out the cabbage and keep it aside. Keep cooking the milk.
  4. When the milk is cooked in half, remove the onion from it and mix 100 grams of cheese.
  5. Mix it well and cook it for three to four minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Also add capsicum and garlic.
  6. Fry them for a minute. Add fresh oregano and ground pepper.
  7. Mix well and cook the mixture for 30 seconds and keep aside. Place cauliflower pieces and roasted vegetables in a baking dish.
  8. Add 50 grams of cheese on top and add milk to the cheese. Add 100 grams of cheese and pepper again.
  9. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 15 to 20 minutes. When it turns golden color, serve it hot.
