Material for Veg Noodles

  • 200-gram noodles
  • 1 carrot finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp chili mother in law
  • 2 tsp soya saas
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation – How to make Veg Noodles Recipe

  1. To make veg noodles, first put water and salt in a vessel and put it on the gas for boiling. Take the noodles and break them in the middle. When the water starts boiling then add these noodles in it.
  2. Boil the noodles until they become soft. Turn off the gas when the noodles are soft. Sieve them with the help of a sieve.
  3. Now take a pan and put oil in it to heat it. When the oil is hot, add carrots, cauliflower, and capsicum to it and keep stirring them with the help of a spatula.
