Ingredients 
 To make a wedge bundle, we will need the following ingredients.
  1. Flour
  2. Cabbage
  3. Salt
  4. capsicum
  5. Ground black pepper
  6. tomatoes
  7. Garlic
  8. Onion
  9. oil
  10. Ginger
  11. Soy sauce
  12. Vinegar
  13. Chili sauce

Potli Samosa or Veg Potli Recipe

  • To make a veg bundle, take 2 bowls of flour in a bowl and add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 to 3 tsp oil to it.
  • Now we will prepare the dough by adding water in it.
  • Now keep this dough covered for 5 to 10 minutes to set.
  • By the time the dough sets, we prepare the stuffing.
  • For this, take 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and put 3 to 4 chopped garlic cloves and 1/2 chopped ginger pieces, after frying it add 1/2 chopped cabbage and 1 chopped onion. |
  • After that add chopped capsicum to it.
  • After this, add 1 chopped tomato and fry the shallots.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
  • Now after the frying, add 1 tsp of soy sauce and mix it.
  • Then add 1 tsp vinegar and 2 tsp chili sauce to it.
  • After frying a little, take it out on the plate, this way our stuffing will be ready.
  • Now remove the lid of the dough.
  • And break a little piece of it and take around the vine, then cut small pieces of it and roll it in a round shape.
  • Then they will fill the stuffing in the middle, and fold the edges and close them in the shape of the bundle, you can also tie it, so the bundle will be ready.
  • Now in a pan, fry the oil to fry, after frying the portlets, fry them.
  • Once golden brown, they will come out of the frying pan.
  • In this way our wedge bundle will be ready, you can serve it with ketchup or Szechwan sauce.
