Ingredients for Thai Style Chicken Tikka


  • 250 gms Chicken Thais 
  • 7 g Thai Ginger
  • 3 lemon leaves 
  • 5 grams lemongrass
  • 130g Coconut Milk Powder 
  • 100ml Refined Oil
  • 12 grams red curry paste 
  • 20 grams of peanut butter
  • 3 grams of bezel leaves, fried 
  • 25 grams lotus stem
  • 15 grams Yellow Butter 
  • 1 gram Chaat Masala

How to make Thai Style Chicken Tikka


  1. To marinate the chicken, first take out the lemongrass leaves, Thai ginger, red curry paste, and butter in a bowl. Then mix the pieces of chicken in this mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Then to marinate the chicken once again, first add butter, Thai curry paste, lemongrass, lemon leaves, and Thai ginger. Now take the chicken out of the fridge and put it in the mixture and keep it again in the fridge to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Now take out the chicken and grill it till it is fully cooked.
  4. Then put coconut milk powder, 1/4 cup of hot water and peanut butter in a bowl for the peanut butter sauce and mix until smooth.
  5. Garnish the chicken with peanut butter sauce on a plate and garnish it with a lotus stem. Now add chaat masala and fried bezel leaves along with it and serve.
