Ingredients for Stuffed Idli
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 cup urad dal (for washed stuffing)
- 1 tbsp pistachios (lightly boiled)
- 1 tbsp cashew, roasted
- 1 tablespoon chopped green and red capsicum
- 1 tablespoon pickle seasoning
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 1 tbsp carrot, chopped
How to make stuffed idli
- First of all, make a batter by grinding soaked rice and urad dal.
- Then keep it aside and let it ferment.
- Now apply oil in the idli tray.
- Then mix the stuffing material and place it in the center of the idli.
- Then pour the yeast mixture over the stuffing.
- Now steam cook the idli.
- Serve hot at the end.
