  • Eggs – 3
  • Sugar – 100 grams
  • Butter – 100 grams
  • Refined flour – 100 grams
  • Rum – 50 ml
  • Milk Powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
  • Caramel – 10 grams
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Plum Essence – 20 ml
  • Rum Essence – 20 ml
  • Jam – 2 teaspoons
  • Liquid Glucose – 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed fruits and dry fruits (almonds, cashews, plums, dates, broken fruits, cherries and raisins) – 200 grams

How to make Rich Plum Cake

  1. First, make a wire syrup and then keep it to cool down. Now add chopped cashews, dates, almonds, raisins, plums, cherries and broken fruity.
  2. Then sprinkle rum over it the next day. You can also sprinkle sugar according to your taste. Now keep it for a week. You shake it with a wooden spoon every day.
  3. Now mix the flour, milk powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder and sieve it with a sieve. In a bowl, mix sugar and butter egg beater. Then add eggs to it and whisk continuously until the sugar dissolves completely and becomes fluffy.
  4. Then add jam, liquid glucose, rum, plum essence, soaked fruits, rum, cinnamon powder, salt, and caramel and whisk until thick. Then add the sieved flour to the sieve. Now fill this batter in molds already made with butter or ghee and bake at 180 ° C for thirty to forty minutes.
  5. Tip: If you want to increase the test of plum cake, then keep the dry fruits put in it for 45 days.
