Ingredients for Peanut Recipe (Moonglet)

  • 200 grams washed moong dal water (for soaking and grinding)
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4 green chilies
  • Baking soda 
  • 1 tsp oil (for pancake)
  • 1 large onion 
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 capsicum 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander

Mode of making millets

  1. First of all soak moong dal in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Then after 30 minutes remove the extra water and grind the dal with 150 ml of water, 1 green chili and salt and make a smooth paste.
  3. Now heat half a teaspoon of oil in a pan.
  4. Then put the batter in it and spread it evenly. Make sure to keep the batter a little thick while spreading it.
  5. Now once bubbles start appearing on it, add chopped onion, green chilies, tomatoes, fresh coriander, and chopped capsicum.
  6. Then gently press the topping on it.
  7. Now bake well on both sides, remember that it takes about 4 minutes to roast each side.
  8. Then turn it to roast the other side and bake it from the other side also on medium flame.
  9. Liege is ready to serve your super healthy and delicious peanuts.
